Bio
Dr. Maureen Hester is a Fellow of both the American Psychological Association and the Western Psychological Association. She has been president of the Council for Teaching Undergraduate Psychology and the national treasurer of Division 2 (The Society for the Teaching of Psychology) of the American Psychological Association. Her research publications focus on humor and psychology of religion. Most recently she has been the keynote speaker at the Terman Teaching Conferences on teaching the psychology of religion. In 2001, she will co-chair the fifth annual workshop for high school teachers of psychology at Holy Names University .
