Bio
Helen Shoemaker, Ph.D., MFT is Director of the Counseling Psychology Graduate Programs at Holy Names University . She received her doctorate in Human Science from Saybrook Institute. Dr. Shoemaker came to Holy Names University in January, 2002 after over a decade of teaching and administration in the CSU. In previous academic settings the focus of her work has been with returning adult students. At Holy Names she teaches Human Development, Group Processes, Practicum and Integrating Seminar. Dr. Shoemaker is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a private practice in Hayward. |
