27, 2007 - At 7:35 AM, 27 August 2007 a vehicle parked in Dunn
student residence lot was broken into and items
were removed. The incident was recorded on the new security camera
system. The victim filed a police report and the information was turned
over to the Oakland Police Department for investigation. Campus Safety
assisted in the identification and follow-up investigation of the
incident. The suspects were taken into custody the next day. The combined
efforts of the Oakland Police Department and teamwork by Holy Names
University Staff made this a positive outcome for everyone. If you
have any information regarding suspicious activity on campus, please
