The
Alpha Delta Service and Leadership Awards were created in 2003.
The name is based on the Greek words Archaein (are-cain) or “to
lead” and Diakonein (dee-ak-o-nane) or “to serve”—extremely appropriate
for our servant leadership approach to these activities. These
awards recognize all students who have excelled in service and
leadership during their tenure at HNU.
