Library Hawk Squawk: Simons Art Talk TODAY 2/25 3:30 PM

Today, Tuesday, February 25, 3:30-5:00, in the Library, we have our 11th art showing and talk since 2009, featuring art professor Robert Simons’ luminous, numinous new work in an exhibit titled “Blind Stork and Toy Mouse Series: Recent work by Robert Simons.”

These huge, colorful, emotion-filled pieces will lift your spirits and stir your imagination. Robert’s art talks are always fascinating and informative, and of course, there will be light refreshments.  [Request Email Reminder]

Tomorrow, Wednesday, February 26, 4 – 4:30 pm: The Return of Circle Sing!
Location: the Corrigan Courtyard (in front of the Cushing Library)

Do you miss singing? Come Circle Sing! Circle Singing is a community-singing practice where a leader improvises and teaches short phrases to a group. (See this Youtube video.) The phrases are layered together and a song is created in the moment.  All are welcome. No experience necessary! Led by HNU music instructor Ann Hege.
