Holy Names University offers unique facility
rentals for your meeting, performance or event. Call us at 436.1508

for rates, date and room availability.
- AV equipment
Student organizations, staff, and faculty may request audiovisual
equipment for any campus event or academic class by filling out an
Audio Visual Request Form. These forms are available at Campus Services
and above the mailbox located in the first floor of Brennan Hall.
Please return all Audio Visual Request Forms to Campus Services by
campus mail or by fax. All Audio Visual requests must be submitted
48 hours prior to any event or academic class.
- Scheduling of facilities (internal groups - non-classes)
Campus Services is charged with scheduling events in all of the campus
facilities, including the Valley Center for the Performing Arts (VCPA)
and the Soda Commons conference facilities.
Student clubs and organizations, staff,
and faculty may schedule an event in any of the available campus
facilities by submitting a Facility Reservation Form to Campus Services.
Facility Reservation Forms are available at Campus Services and
above the mailbox located on the first floor of Brennan Hall. Please
return all Facility Reservation Forms to Campus Services by campus
mail or by fax. All Facility Reservation Forms must be submitted
at least two weeks prior to an event.

in the VCPA, or to schedule an independent/off-campus group, please
contact the Campus Services Director at (510) 436-1508 or email

- Guest rooms
Campus Services offers limited guest rooms to Weekend University,
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), Sophia Center Weekend students,
and guests of traditional undergraduate students presently living
in the Residence Halls based on availability and a first-come-first-serve
basis. Meals may be purchased at an additional cost at the Skyline
Dining Hall or at Banana Cafe during scheduled hours of operation.

- Mail delivery
Campus Services is in charge of making sure all mail delivered to
HNU reaches the correct destination. Expecting a big package? Let
us know and we'll keep our eye out for it.
- Refunds for vending machines
West Coast Vending & Service , Inc.provides all of the food and beverage
vending machines on campus. There are candy, snack, soda, juice and
vending machines located on the first floor of Dunn Hall in the game
room, and in the Living Room of the Soda Commons. If you have any
questions regarding the vending machines, please contact Campus Services
at (510) 436-1508
