Holy Names University is located in Oakland, California, in the hills overlooking the Oakland/San Francisco Bay Area. It is approximately a 22 minute, 8.47 mile drive from the Oakland Airport and a 37 minute, 27 mile drive from the San Francisco Airport.

Parking

The Valley Center for the Performing Arts parking lot will be open for public parking for the Inaugural event; in addition, there are additional lots around campus for your convenience. Audience drop-off and wheel chair access are also available.

BART and Car Pooling is highly recommended. If you will be driving, recommended parking is Bellevue Avenue (B) on the above map. This is a 2 hour free parking zone, therefore arrival between 9:00 and 9:30am will allow parking until 11:00-11:30am.

HNU staff and faculty, please note: we will no longer be walking to the lunch as indicated on the previous edition of the map. VALET PARKING will be made available at the Lake Chalet Restaurant and will be paid for in advance by HNU.
