The HNU faculty/staff email system is back up and ready to use. Operational status was active as of 11:58AM PST.

The latest Email Service Pack Update has been applied.

Installation issues that arose were resolved.

We apologize for the delay in returning the email service; all systems are back up now!

Searching emails IS WORKING in OWA (Outlook Web Access) with the installation of this Service Pack.

UPDATE: Microsoft Exchange IT Maintenance window, Tuesday, 6/18.

Dear HNU Community,

Scheduled maintenance for the HNU Faculty and Staff email system is currently ongoing. Microsoft Exchange and OWA (Outlook Web Access) email systems will be unavailable for on-campus and off-campus access for the duration of the maintenance.

Estimated time to service restoration is expected within the next 60 minutes.

Dear HNU Community,

There will be a scheduled Information Technology (IT) Maintenance window on Tuesday, 6/18, from 6am to 9am.

We will be applying Service Pack Updates to our HNU Faculty/Staff Email system. There will be some periods where HNU Faculty and Staff email will be unavailable during the maintenance window, please plan accordingly.

We will send an email to the community when the maintenance is complete.

A portion of this maintenance update is intended to resolve the known issue of OWA (Outlook Web Access) being unable to search email messages.

To use Blackboard Mobile Learn, you will be prompted to subscribe to the app via one of two options:
