We will be performing a required upgrade of our ERP system components that will cause downtime beginning at March 13, 2013 at 7am for the Online Application, Hawk’s Edge Portal, Faculty Portal and Alumni website. We plan to have the upgrade completed by 11am.
HNU was experiencing email issues earlier today where some users email boxes were unable to send and receive email messages.
The issue has been resolved and all HNU email boxes are fully functional.
Please send an email or call the HNU helpdesk if you have any questions or concerns.
There continues to be an issue with email coming into hnu.edu. HNU IT Engineers will be working throughout the weekend to restore full email service. There will be some periods where some HNU user’s email boxes will be unavailable. When YOUR email IS available, it WILL help if you DELETE un-needed email messages. If you have any questions or concerns, please send an email to helpdesk@hnu.edu.
The planned Blackboard system maintenance activity is completed.
Please be advised that there will be Blackboard maintenance scheduled for Friday, February 8th at 9:30pm – 10:00pm.
The campus will be closed for the Holiday Break. It will reopen again on January 2nd.
