The VPN access server has changed temporarily. Please connect to the following VPN server when using the Cisco AnyConnect VPN Client to connect to the HNU network from off-campus:
You may enter the VPN server IP Address in the “Connect to:” field when launching Cisco AnyConnect VPN.
If you require VPN access, and currently do not have the Cisco AnyConnect VPN Client installed, please visit https://220.127.116.11 to download and install the software.

If you forgot your password for your email, the IT Department will need to reset it for you. You should send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Include your full name and username in the email.
Students: The upgrade is complete, your Live@edu account is now Office 365.

You will no longer be able to use outlook.com, please change your favorites or bookmarks to reflect the change.
If you are using Internet Explorer version 6 you will need to upgrade your web browser before logging into your student email. You may still continue to use other web browsers such as Firefox, Safari, Chrome, etc.
