Music Department Events
Location: Unless otherwise noted, all events take place in the Valley Center for the Performing Arts, Regents’ Theatre on Holy Names University campus.
Ticket prices:
Unless otherwise noted, $10 general, $5 seniors/students, free for HNU faculty, staff, students and alumni.
Ticket counter opens one hour prior to performances.
To make a seat reservation for will call purchase at the box office the day of the show, please fill out the form below.

PMD Honors Recitals
Two recitals featuring students of violin, flute, cello, and piano, ages 8-18, performing classical works.

HNU Student Recital
HNU students perform a variety of vocal and instrumental works.

Opera Scenes Concert
An evening of scenes and arias from opera, fully staged and costumed, under the direction of Monroe Kanouse.

HNU Spring Choral Concert
HNU’s Spring Choral Concert features the Chamber Singers, under the direction of Janos Horvath, and the University Chorus, conducted by Wendell Brooks and the graduate conducting class.

HNU Orchestra Concert
The HNU Orchestra, under the direction of Dr. Steven Hofer, will perform an all-Dvořák concert.

Community and school choirs perform individually and sing together under the direction of Margaret Clark.
