Find Out How At Upcoming Informational ‘Conversations’ Holy Names University hosts an ongoing series of Informational Conversations for adults returning to school to complete undergraduate degrees or to seek graduate degrees, certificates and credentials. This continuing series of HNU Informational Meetings for adults returning to school features informal and personal conversations with department chairs and faculty about course work, admissions requirements and the HNU culture. Holy Names University is a Catholic institution offering more than 20 degrees in undergraduate and graduate programs. The school also offers adult programs with flexible evening and weekend class times. The university, founded in 1868 in Oakland, near Lake Merritt, is located on 60 wooded acres in the Oakland hills.
