I know this is technically the day we visited Palazzo Spada, but it was also the second group’s cooking lesson day! And can I just say how proud I am of everyone, Isamar, John, Bobby, and April, oh and you can’t forget Chiara. Because we made some AHmazingly good dishes! I can’t wait to recreate them for my own family. We all put in a lot of work and helped each other, I really enjoyed this experience. Thank you Chiara!!
