ACCREDITATION AND AFFILIATION

Chartered by the State of California in 1880, Holy Names University is accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC, 985 Atlantic Avenue, Suite 100, Alameda, CA 94501; 510.748.9001). The Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education accredits the MSN and RN/
BSN nursing programs. It is empowered by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing and Licensing to recommend candidates for California teaching credentials.
