	Undergraduate Hooding - May 8, 2008 - 7:30 pm VCPA, Regents' Theater
	Commencement Mass - May 9, 2008 - 5:00 pm McLean Chapel
	Graduate Student Hooding - May 9, 2008 - 7:30 pm VCPA, Regents' Hall
	Commencement Ceremony - May 10, 2008 Corrigan Courtyard 10:00 am - Check-In 11:00 am - Reception Immediately Following in the Sky Room

Important Information for 2008 Graduates

Holy Names University has one commencement ceremony, held each year in May. The ceremony takes place in the Corrigan Courtyard.

• First, complete the appropriate Candidate for Degree Form:
  • undergraduate or graduate students
  • credential or certificate students
• Second, submit the form to the Student Resource Center by:
  • June 30, if you plan to graduate the following December (more information).
  • December 15, if you plan to graduate the following May or August (more information).
• Third, attend a commencement meeting:
  • December Graduates
  • May Graduates
• Fourth, for December 2007 graduates, forms must have been submitted by June 30, 2007 if you plan to finish by December 2007. The Commencement Ceremony for December 2007 graduates is May 10, 2008.
• Fifth, for May and August 2008 graduates, forms must be submitted by December 15, if you plan to finish by May 2008 or August 2008. The Commencement Ceremony for May 2008 and August 2008 graduates is May 10, 2008.
