If you have any trouble with your room phone, pucon email account, or campus internet access please contact the IT Department at:

Computer Lab Hours
Heafey Computer Lab (Mac and PC)
- 7:00 am through 10:00 pm Daily
- Closed for the December Holidays
Residence Hall Computer Lab
- Open 7 days per week; 24 hours per day
- Printing available until midnight on Sunday through Thursday and 1:00 am Friday and Saturday
Wireless Access
Wireless access is located in the library, Brennan Lounge, Public Market, and residence halls (Dunn and Durocher). Residence hall rooms are equipped with cable access to the Internet.
Want a phone in your room?
Here are some simple procedures to follow
- Retrieve a Phone Service Contract from the Student Resource Center in Hester Hall.
- Complete the contract and return it with your $35 non-refundable activation fee and your $80 (per semester) non-refundable local service fee.
- The HNU IT Department will schedule a time with you to activate your phone line.
