| There is also a Post Office off campus, located in Montclair, at 1954 Mountain Blvd (Take bus #64). The hours are from 8:30am-5:00pm Monday through Friday and on Saturdays from 8:30am-2:00pm. |

| If you are living in the Holy Names University Residence Halls, you may be contacted through the Residence Halls main phone number at: 510-436-1500. A message will be taken and posted on the message board for you. Also, residential students have the option of having a phone line in their rooms for a cost. Payphones are also available in the residence halls. |
| Students have the option of opening a Holy Names University e-mail account or using their own personal account. There are computer labs in Heafey Hall and in the Durocher Hall (Residential Students only). |
