| NAFSA's International Student Handbook provides helpful information on studying in the USA and has a good section titled, "Life in the United States". This section begins on page 119 and covers topics such as, academic and social life, American culture, and adapting to your new surroundings. It is highly recommended that you read this handbook in addition to other Holy Names University resources. You should have received the above handbook during your orientation.
