Benefits of the Teacher Apprenticeship Program
Along with the chance to gain experience in urban classrooms prior to making the commitment to being an intern, TAP offers many other benefits over a traditional teaching credential program.

| Only one year to earn credential, at a minimum of three to four classes per semester. |
Length is two years, at two classes per semester. |
| Up to $5000 tuition reimbursement, some books provided, some fees included. |
Tuition is generally $30,000 per year, with no reimbursement. |
| Master's degree and credential received upon completion. |
Master's degree must be done separately. |
| Professional support from a mentor/teacher, help with preparing for interviews, assistance with résumé preparation. |
